In the new century, SRM as a key part of SCM has become the focus of international management. And the supplier is important strategic poise. The business adopts SRM actively to change the traditional "sell-buy" or competitive relationship between enterprises to new partnership, reduce external trading costs and increase the competitive ability of the whole supply chain, by breaking through the resource constraints of themselves and cooperating with partners in technology and management. Therefore, studying SRM has significant theoretical value and practical sense for helping enterprises in our country to transform management mechanism and mode, adapt to increasingly complicated market competition environment, and increase the competitive ability.This paper takes an international corporation for example and analyzes it by using E-SRM model. Through introducing its E-SRM status and disadvantage, the author give some advice, such as in evaluation of supplier,selection of supplier and verification and qualification of supplier.Previous study about SRM more focus on how to select a supplier and how to build a relationship with supplier, or which method will be most effective when evaluation a supplier. But all of them have not put SRM and e-commerce together, and not build an entire SRM system and optimize all business in SRM in practice. This paper analyzes the SRM of an international corporation by e-commerce system, and how to improve it.
