As an important part of the purchasing management, the supplier management is a headspring to reduce total cost of purchase and enhance core competitiveness of enterprises. In order to ensure the continuation of production activities, supplier screening, identification and evaluation are top priority procurement in supplier management.In this paper, it starts with related concepts and theory of the supplier selection and evaluation, evaluation of standards and technologies. Based on analysis of KB's existing supplier selection and evaluation system and the existing problems, the paper apply relevant theory with KB The Company's actual situation to optimize the KB's supplier selection and evaluation system from the criteria, institutional arrangements and processes.
