With the reform and opening up, the great development of construction industry promotes the booming of the decoration industry and also brings the sharper competition. In order to raise up the relative superiority, decorating business rushes to expand the upper-stream industry in the value chain and build up factories. Shenzhen Hongtao Decoration Company is determined to develop GRG—one kind of decorating materials which belongs to the upper-stream industry. To study the design of GRG industrial organization, solving the problem of organizational structure in Hongtao's GRG industry construction is a must in theory and it can also provide theoretical and methodological experience for the building of the organizational framework of similar enterprises. At the same time, it can prop up the industrial system to conduct organizational design continuously to adapt the market circumstances.The key point of the thesis is to explore the design procedure of GRG's program of industrial organization and the specific implementation steps in Hongtao. The core of organization design is the design of organizational structure. The main contents are included in the following parts:the elements which can influence GRG's organizational design in Hongtao, the functional design of organizational structure, the structural design of an organization lengthways and breadthwise and the operational design of an organization. The paper gives a detailed analysis for the process of the previous projects and offers strategies to solve problems that demand full attention in implementation. Then, designing ways to evaluate the effectiveness of the organizational design project and at last put these together and acquire improving approaches by using the modern organization theory. The clues are based on the organizational theories of the stage development to first analsize the market profile of GRG industry and further expound the current situation and product realization of Hongtao's GRG. Then, the paper deals with the interior and exterior environment of GRG's industrial system in Hongtao and states the design proposals of each element in an organization. So came a mature form of organization structure and an operational system. And then, there's an analysis to the implementation steps of the organizational designing scheme and discovery of the issues that challenge our attention and also the countermeasures. In such a way and together with the analysis to the factors in market change to improve the key points of the organization design so to get enhancement. This action can proceed non-stop to maintain the continual improvement of the organization's structural style. And so two conclusions can be drawn from the previous discussion:The stages produced by organizational development, the organizational theory and the course of organizational design are the same. They all aim to solve the problem of operating efficiencies. Using stage theory of organization to carry out organizational design is an vital way. Organizational design is a dynamic process which will change with the environment and lead to the change of the relational factors that effect the organization's operating efficiencies. So comes the corresponding change of the organization's structural style to adapt the requirements of environment. That is to say, the factors in market change are the key points in the dynamic design of an organization.The central part of organization design is the design of organizational structure which is the division form of achieving organizational goal with the purpose of improving and keeping the operational efficiency. This is the dynamic course of organization design. Through amendment the critical factors of organization design to improve the organization's adaptability and operational efficiency.
