With 21 century coming, information technology revolution has already basically changed human being society. As a result, new technologies penetrate into organizational structure design, enterprise strategy and outside environment gradually. The competitions among enterprises become more and more fierce and all kinds of competition methods have come into use, which bring tremendous changes to organizations' functioning mechanism and its outside environment. So the adaptation ability of an enterprise to environment is greatly challenged by inside and outside environment. Can organizational structure respond quickly to the need of market, strengthen the further cooperation among enterprises, make full use of new technologies in the knowledge economic era, reduce the product cost and enhance its competitive advantage? These new questions should be well considered during organizational structure design in the new era. At the same time, these also bring many queries to tradition bureaucratic organizational structure. We should realize that a good many drawbacks of tradition organizational structures are thoroughly exposed in the process of adapting to new environment organizations' developing. Especially in a huge various environment, an unadapted enterprise organizational structure often becomes stumbling block to an enterprise development. Therefore, in a new time it is necessary to research organizational structure design deeply in order to reach much more progress in the enterprise's development.Based on this radical object and principle, this paper has already made a further research to the question of how to select a right organizational structure model for a modern enterprise. After further studying and summarizing the characteristics of tradition organizational structure models, this paper puts forward possible development models in the future as well as their characteristics, and then analyses various environment factors influencing organizational structure. On the other hand, in the organizational structure aspect, two new principles of design, dynamic principle and marketing principle, are brought out according to the new characteristics of organizational structure nowadays. And then, BP ANN(Artificial Neural Network), which has learning capacity, memory capacity, computing power and intellect dispose, is applied to the organizational structure design in order to help organization select appropriate structure model. In this process, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) has been used to determine the weight of each factor during the setup of the model. This model, modern organizational structure design model based onartificial neural network, makes up the insufficiency of quantificational research on enterprise organizational structure to some extent.
