According to the continuous change of economic and marketing environment, organizational transformation has already become one of the most important strategies in the enterprise. It is a hot topic for people that how to avoid uncertain risk in the organizational transformation and how to get success and profit in the transformation.Organizational transformation concerns many elements, the main of which is leadershi Different leader styles lead to different strategies to organizational transformation. This thesis looks back to the theories of leadership contingency and organization change. In the leadership contingency theory, F. Fiedler's Contingency model of leadership effeteness is mainly stated; in the organization change theory, the motivation, the enforcement means and Lewin's Organization Change Theory are briefly outlined. This thesis takes Lenovo, an outstanding IT enterprise, as a case to research. Through the interview of Lenovo's employees, the materials of case can be collected; by elaborating the two main reforms of Lenovo in two different periods, and adding with Lewin's Organization Change Theory, the main problems and their backgrounds under different periods can be analyzed. Through above process, leadership and organization change models are proposed, adding with explanation of two aspects. In the analysis of case, two different leader styles in Lenovo have two different reasons, which just proves the model of leader and organization change, so that the final conclusion can be got: Firstly, different leader styles lead to different strategies and means in organization change; Secondly, the optimal leadership efficiency (matching certain leader style to certain environment) can be got by adjusting the leaders—employees relationship; Third, the efficient transformation management needs to satisfy two conditions: one is strategy quality and the other is enforcement efficiency. Under the organization change, strategy quality and enforcement efficiency are decided by the leader styles and reform motivation; Fourth, Lenovo's two leaders styles have something concern with their different childhood influence and career experience.Through the case analysis of Chinese enterprise and western contingency'application in China environment, new innovations of leadership and organization change models are proposed.
