Study On The Evaluation Of The Utilization Potential Of Urban Land In Wuhan

Since twenty-first Century, with the focus on economic and social development of the country in the central region, the development of Wuhan city has become a priority among priorities, many large-scale national strategy implementation in Wuhan.It’s safe to say that speed up the construction of the city and development of the economy is a pressing matter of the moment in Wuhan city. And the development of a city can not be separated from the land resources.Land resources are known to have limited amount and non renewable, and diminishing returns, so the use of land resources should be careful. In this paper, it is in this context to explore the issue of urban land use in Wuhan. Studying on the evaluation of the utilization potential of urban land in Wuhan and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis, put forward suggestions of rational utilization of land resources and adapt to city development and land resources use situation.Not only to achieve the coordinated development of urban land resources in Wuhan, but also to guide the land resources to achieve optimal allocation, to achieve the goal of efficient use of land resources and urban sustainable development.This paper takes the urban land resources in Wuhan city as the research object, first to discuss and summarize the urban land utilization potential evaluation theory, the connotation and characteristic of land utilization potential, explore the inner link. Secondly, according to the 2006-2013 Wuhan city land utilization summed up the Wuhan city land utilization overall development trend, and dig deeper to sums up the advantages and disadvantages of land utilization in Wuhan City in recent years. Thirdly, according to Wuhan city land utilization, established Wuhan city land use efficiency evaluation system to evaluate the urban land utilization from economy, society and ecology, then evaluate the urban land utilization efficiency and coordination degree of Wuhan and Wuhan urban land utilization potential. Fourthly, to analyze the influencing factors of correlation degree, to draw a conclusion of the extent of the influence of various factors on urban land utilization efficiency in Wuhan City. Last but not least, based on all the research, put forward suggestions of coordinated utilization of Wuhan city land, in order to solve the current supply shortage of constructive land in Wuhan City, helping Wuhan City to better achieve national strategy.
