With global competition intensifies the traditional mode of operation of the business has become increasingly difficult for enterprises with international competition. In order to meet the requirements of the situation, the enterprises'demand of improving management increase strongly. They urgently need a solution to accelerate their transformation to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. As a new management method and tool for companies, ERP brings costs, profits and other advantages, and be accepted by more and more enterprises. However, the high failure rate of ERP projects has forced many enterprises prohibitive. The paper presents the successful implementation of ERP project case of BeiJing ChuangXin Automation Co., Ltd, analyzes and summarizes the key for such SMEs to implement the process of ERP. In this paper, case study, summarizing, modeling and other methods are used to study the key issues of enterprise ERP implementation process,Wish to help the implementation of ERP in the Enterprise. The content as follows:Chapter one induces the research background, meaning topics, research methods and content.Chapter two introduces the basic concepts of ERP and development process, and then focuses on the ERP functionality and management ideas, and concludes an inevitable development trend of the enterprise in China.Chapter third analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the BC Company ERP project implementation, Combines with the enterprise's own conditions and characteristics of a specific analysis, and also points out the purpose of the BC Company to the implement ERP.Chapter IV analyzes of the whole process of BC Company project implementation such as Implementation of the foundation, implementation planning, business process reengineering, data design, personnel training, and a series of key elements. Finally, the paper analyzes the benefits of BC's application ERP, gets some useful experience, and points out the BC company's ERP system four directions in the future development. Chapter V is the conclusions and recommendations.
