Since the second half of 2008 financial crisis, some enterprises in Xi'an High-tech Zone habitat complexity and uncertainty are increasing. More and more enterprises recognize the importance of improving management. Management of the primary problem is people management, performance appraisal is precisely the people while the management of a core. Many companies put a lot of manpower, material resources, to study their performance appraisal system, one purpose, that is to improve the efficiency of each employee. Because of increased staff efficiency, business efficiency can be improved to increase the efficiency of enterprises.This major work is done:First, through field research and interviews and case analysis approach to understanding the current situation starfish modern beverage Co. to found the company in the staff performance examination in a series of drawbacks. Second, by drawing on the classical concept of performance appraisal and assessment standards for domestic and foreign, combined with the corporate performance assessment problems, to further improve the staff performance appraisal system in a system of innovative ideas.
