The complexity and gravity of international environment decide that enterprises and organizations need scientific and reasonable human resource performance management; for high-quality talents, it is necessary to formulate effective performance management system for talent acquisition, training, retaining to avoid brain drain.Based on the basic concepts and common methods of performance management, with reference to domestic and foreign research literature, this paper study the human resource performance management of Z corporation. On this theory basis, by using questionnaires to survey the managers and employees of various departments of the Z corporation and by Comprehensively use systematical analysis to obtain the information about personnel structure, the current situation of performance management and the problems of performance management in Z corporation. Through analyzing the causes of the problems of performance management, putting forward some tailored improving measures to make the human resource performance management mechanism of Z company reasonable and effective.This paper thinks that the Z corporation lacked of times of learning attitude and the enterprise internal human resources management was not running smoothly, which led that its employee performance management has some problems, such as imperfect financial and non-financial index system, ignored the construction of customer satisfaction, enthusiasm of employees involved in the performance management work is not high, the lack of scientific internal performance management system and performance assessment methods, and the lack of effective process control and feedback mechanism, performance evaluation results have not rational use. In the final, the paper, based on these and combined with three kinds of performance appraisal methods and theory, namely BSC, KPI and MBO, put forward the improvement strategies which should be relative with the above problems, in order to ensure that Z corporation develops forward orderly and achieve the strategic goal of development.
