The paper builds a Adaptive-Network-Based Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) model including three input variables of GDP, the urban population and industry share and the output variable of energy consumption. The fuzzy inference rule of our energy economic system is obtained through learning the sample which spans the period 1953-2007. The fact that the output of the model fits the reality well indicates that GDP growth, urbanization rate and industrial structure are the main factors which affect the energy consumption in China. Then, a scenario analysis that the role of urbanization rate and industrial structure played in energy system in different GDP growth mode is made in this paper. Finally, some advice is put forward for policy making. |
