| Energy consumption, industrial structure and economic growth is a complex systems, energy consumption, industrial structure and economic growth among interaction, mutual support, mutual restraint. On the one hand, economic growth needs to consume a large amount of energy, and energy consumption also lead to economic growth; different industries on the other hand there are large differences in energy consumption,and larger share of contribution to economic growth is different, in general the energy consumption of the two industries is the largest, at the same time, pollution and destruction of the environment is also larger. Therefore, how to effectively adjust and optimize the industrial structure, and thus adjust and optimize the structure of energy consumption, promote energy consumption and economic growth in the coordinated development, become a very worthy of study not only has important theoretical value bur also has a very important practical issue.The paper is divided into four parts, the first part examines the research of energy consumption, industrial structure and economic growth, I find the study of the existing literature on the relationship between the two are more, while the three into a unified framework for analysis are less, and mostly confined to the static analysis. Therefore, this part of the study, to grasp the relationship among research developments laid the rich literature base. The second study the status quo of China’s energy consumption, industrial structure and economic growth, and also investigated the status of the relationship of the three, for the follow-up study has laid a good foundation in reality. The third part is from the measurement of the angle, to study the relationship between the three, construct a model for the empirical study that reflect the relationship between the two and three. The fourth part is divided into four areas from both local and global perspectives to conduct empirical research, the first aspect is the metering of energy consumption and economic growth; second aspect is the metering of energy consumption and industrial structure; The third aspect is econometric research of industrial structure and economic growth; final energy consumption, industrial structure and economic growth into a unified framework to select the1979-2010year,29provinces, autonomous regions relevant data, construct a dynamic panel models, empirical studies the relationship of the three.Energy consumption, industrial structure and economic growth is a very important economic and social relations, many scholars have devoted a great deal of effort, this article use econometric models to empirical studies the relationship among the following conclusions, First, the energy consumption, industrial structure and economic growth in line with the Energy Kuznets curve hypothesis, optimize the industrial structure is conducive to reduce energy consumption; Second, energy consumption, industrial structure and economic growth interaction interdependence of mutual restraint, adjust and optimize the industrial structure, the structure of energy consumption could prompt economic development. |
