The study is based on the literature, to explore the theory of the coordinated development of the Zhejiang's economy and technology, to clear the contents and concepts of the economy development and technology development. Furthermore, with the method of brainstorming, and the principles of operability. comparability,rationality and systematic, the research proposes the theory evaluation index system of the coordinated development of the Zhejiang's economy and technology, which includes 70 evaluation index.Using the attach analysis,correlation analysis,differential power analysis and other empirical methods, the theory evaluation index system is selected, at the same time, deleting some indexes that do not meet needs. Eventually the evaluation index system of coordinated development of Zhejiang's economy and technology is established. Split-half reliability and content validity are used to test the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system.Using principal component analysis, the study is carried out a comprehensive evaluation and horizontal compare of the development degree of economy and development degree of technology of Zhejiang's 11 cities.
