| As the development of market economy the requirement of product customization emerges like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. The product lifecycle becomes shorter and shorter, and the speed of product upgrade and update becomes faster and faster. Traditional single type batch production mode of manufacturing enterprises gradually changes to customized production. In this trend traditional mechanical manufacturing and assembly industry is facing more and more furious market competition. How to improve the efficiency of product R&D, and reduce product design & manufacturing cost, and short time of new product coming-into market has become a big challenge of enterprises. In this background Introduction of product lifecycle management (PLM) system has become the key solution of enterprises to solve the problem. Hence, systematical research of construction method and critical technology of PLM has a great significance.Based on the analysis of PLM basic principles and construction theories of current institutes and scholars home and abroad; this dissertation combined PLM basic principle and construction method with the business requirement of manufacturing type enterprises; systematically discussed the working thought and method of how to realize PLM integrated construction. Based on the PLM requirement of M group Co., Ltd., and taken M group business flows as an example; the dissertation detailed analyzed the construction of PLM, and fully discussed introducing parallel engineering thought during construction to realize business flow optimization. In addition, aimed to solve current existing problem in system integration method; the EAI integration model was given out; expecting to solve the problem of heterogeneous system integration, and realizing cross platform dynamic access of data packages and authorized physical files. |
