The Study On Rural Land Circulation System In Chongqing From The Perspective Of Marxism Theory About Land Problem

In recent years, with the development of the rural economy, transfer of Rural Land growing quickly in the whole China. As the only municipality in the West of China and the biggest urban fringe, Chongqing is a pilot area for the urban and rural comprehensive reform. To Promote the exploration and innovation of transfer system on property right of Chongqing rural land is not only impact the economic and social development of Chongqing deeply, the final theoretical results will also become an important reference to the construction of China's rural land system .Property rights theory is an important component of Marxist theory system. In order to promote innovation and improvement on the transfer system on property right of Chongqing rural land, we must based on the property rights theory and the theory of land rent of Marxist theory as a guide of the basic theory; and depend on the Changes on system of Marxist theory to guide the practice of rural land transfer system.This article made study on rural land transfer system in Chongqing, the perspective of which is Marxist Property rights theories. It adopts the research methods of substantive analysis, historical analysis and literature research to analysis problems in the transfer of Rural Land of Chongqing through the research on Situation and the rural land system of Chongqing; Then, it analysis factors which affects or constraints the Transfer of Rural Land in Chongqing from current social part, historical part, cultural part, and other aspects; At last, it puts forward a sound suggestions on how to complete the transfer system of rural land in Chongqing under Marxist theory.
