Game Analysis Between The Famer And The Government In Process Of Land Acquisition And Demolition

With the development of China’s economy, society and the other aspects, urbanization becomes an irreversible trend, and land resources planning and adjustment anew go with our country’s urbanization. However, adjustment often relates to land acquisition and demolition, which is bound to affect the interests of various parties, then game analysis arises for expectation of benefits. Nevertheless, farmers are always being dominated because of information asymmetry, strength gap and inequality of arms. This paper analyze the interests appeals and strategies between the two game parties---the famers and the government in detail, trying to establish mutual understanding and reach a compromise in the game, and in order to contribute to social harmony, eventually both sides achieve a “ win-win” rather than a “lose-lose” situation.This paper consists of five parts. Firstly, the paper introduces the research background and topic significance, research current situation both at home and aboard. Secondly, the paper elaborates related theories about the land acquisition and demolition, game theory etc. Thirdly, this chapter expounds the basic situation of this case as well as the interests appeals of both sides. Fourthly, this part explains the game strategies of both sides and the establishment of ideal game model. Chapter five is the conclusion, which states the land requisition and demolition policy advices.
