The Research On Enterprise Participating In Natural Disaster Emergency Management Related Issues

China is one of the worst serious burst natural disaster countries in the world. Frequently natural disasters has greatly influenced different historical periods political, econamic, cultural and other aspects of our country. Due to our country, the government in the resource utilization, scheduling, optimized configuration is inferior to the enterprise and also need of enterprise support . Even more beyond comprehension is that enterprise's action or not will bring a series of problems. Most enterprise's original intentions always opposite with the finally result.The main purpose of this study is to demonstrate the enterprise to participate in the natural disaster emergency management is necessary,analysis different stages behavior and resolve problems encounting ,focus on contribution model and responsible investment model .In view of the article characteristic,uses literature analytic method ,qualitative analysis,economic analysis as well as the case contrastive analysis research technipue.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, through to review domestic and foreign natural disaster emergency management theory, analyzed power factors of enterprises to participate in natural disaster emergency management And then proof the necessity that enterprises to participate in the natural disaster emergency management.Secondly, Research and design the three-stage model of enterprises to participate in natural disasters emergency management. From the pre-disaster emergency preparedness, disaster in contribution, to the reconstruction of the social responsible investment, and focused on the establishment of the enterprise contribution model, and post-disaster reconstruction of the optimal investment model, then provide congtribution and post-responsible investment as a reference.Thirdly, basis of the research, further studied measures about improve the enterprise to participate in emergency management,for government and enterprise work together to resolve and provide guidance for the government lack of management in disaster emergency and enterprise blingdly actions.Finally, through contrastive analysis WanKe and WangLaoji'contribution behavior has proved the real value of this research and contribution model, post-social responsible investment model can Also provide reference for enterprises to participate in disaster.
