Accompany the economy development and education industrialization in recent years, the education training organization has gain significantly progress given the globalization. English, being the most valuable worldwide using language, is gaining more and more attention from all over the world, especially in our age full of fierce competition, how to make English as our applicable language, ranging after our native one, became heated discussion in nowadays’society.With such requirement stimulated the birth of private English training school. The number of Graduate is in its rapid era due the widely enroll of students in the begging of this century and more than7million of novice will impact the workplace during the year2009.It has been recognized as the most valuable investment project and became the hot spot for international strategic investors. Meanwhile, the education training market is one of the most promising markets that widely recognized. Given the education resource shortage and campus education limitation, taking social education training market as the complementarily of existing education resource has been increased to a high level.As the leader of private English training school in China, New oriental hold the principle that talent will the essential part, and attract millions of elite to join it, just for seeking the same target and dream, but in the other side, there will be inevitable problems need to be confronted:the unstable situation of faculty, in particular the part-time ones. The kind of unstable situation will have some positive effect on the team, even the whole enterprise that will seriously affect the normal process of it. From the raw, young of the team to the analysis the matching between position and staff and attract different kinds of talent, in order to keep ambiguous stability, that is only enroll without laid off, we must face new sorts of problem that who we need and how many we need, and which will result the edema of "body" and the dramatic increase of expenditure, with the mature of the enterprise, it will be more and more people will join us which is worth celebrating while some ones choose the change of position, quit or other choices.
