Specialized market is an innovation with apparently Chinese characteristics, which has played an important role in the development of China's national economy. In recent years, due to the adjustment of urban planning, the formulation of commercial networks planning, the prosperity of the commercial real estate and the escalating demands of consumers in the market environment improved, specialized markets have moved into a period of re-planning, designing and transformation. Therefore, in this paper, the location choice of specialized market was elected as the starting point for studies, making wish to doing something useful for the location decision of the specialized market for reference.First of all, the evolution of the specialized market and the relevant theories of the location of the specialized market are reviewed. According to the main location factor concerned, these theories can be divided into six different parts, like cost, interdependent, markets, behavioral, social, and information.Secondly, this paper proposes that the trend of the specialized market in china is to upgrade and become the modern specialized market with gathering space, composited function and electronic trading features.Finally, through the analysis of the layout planning of the specialized market group in Hangzhou, finding that the trend of the modern specialized market is clustering, closely integrated with the logistics center and the peri-urban migration. Its dynamic mechanism is that the layout of the specialized market are strongly attracted by the market factors; traffic conditions play a leading role in the distribution of the specialized market; government factors impact the location of the specialized market through urban planning, land planning and so on; information factors will reduce influence of the traffic factor and make the choices of the location of the specialized market flexible and free.
