Strategic change is the core of enterprise strategic management. It emphasize a company should properly adjust in the direction or position as the condition changing and future expectation, and it can change the resource allocation further. By hackling the growth course of XINAO GROUP and decomposing its strategic change, this paper summarizes its 12 factors of strategic change in the aspects of macro-environment,industry structure,resources and support of change. In the meantime it constructs the thixotropic frame model of strategic change and finds the thixotropic point of XINAO GROUP strategy change which takes place at the transient in that time industry environment will change and relevant nation policies will soon promulgation. Meanwhile, the thesis does a empirical analysis for the tactics and measures of XINAO GROUP carrying out strategic change. It constructs the implemented frame model of strategic change based on analysis and gets a path of strategic implementation which is harmonious mutually and balanceable dynamically about breaking and standing,person and thing,software and hardware,interior and external of XINAO GROUP. At last, author analyzes the risk of XINAO GROUP in the process of implementing strategic change, and raises his advices on avoiding risks. The purpose of this paper is to try to enlighten others firms and to obtain lessons from XINAO GROUP by means of the typical case of strategic strange of XINAO GROUP and general summary.
