The Economic Path Studies Of Narrowing The Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Areas Of Gansu

The 1st document of the central in 2009 adopted by central authorities re-locked on "agriculture." It has been the 6th Central Committee focused its attention on the "three rural" areas from 2004. As the rapid deterioration of the economic situation at home and abroad, the stability of agriculture, increase the farmers'income, to stimulate domestic consumption, It is one of the policy orientation as a decision-making high hopes for China's economy. Gansu Province is located in the western part, for historical reasons, the larger the income gap between urban and rural areas, which seriously affected the overall economic development of Gansu. Therefore, how to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas in Gansu Province, to promote the study of peasant income has practical significance.In this paper, I started from the overall economic situation of Gansu and found that regardless of the total income status, or region at all stages , there is a wide gap between urban and rural areas in Gansu Province .Then I came to the further analysis of the income gap between urban and rural areas in Gansu ,the fundamental reason for this is a larger city in Gansu Province Rural economic development of the binary at the same time, an important reason is too much surplus labor in rural areas of Gansu, and Gansu rural land property rights system and the imperfect financial services system. Consideration of Gansu Province in the larger urban-rural income gap causes on the basis of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis of this article again from the perspective of Gansu Province reached the growth rate of per capita GDP improve the urban and rural residents widened the income gap between urban and rural labor productivity compared decline in the urban and rural residents widened the income gap between the level of the city yet to be improved in order to narrow the growing gap of income disparity between urban and rural residents, improving the employment structure by urban and rural residents imperfections exacerbate a widening income gap, the Government's financial support the ratio of farmers to widen the urban-rural income gap.And then come to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas in Gansu ,There are four economic paths from the start, and they are: the first is transfer of surplus rural Gansu productivity; the second is to improve the existing land ownership system in Gansu Province, to promote transferring of land; the third is to improve the rural financial system in Gansu Province, as well as improving the Gansu Agricultural Organization of the mode of operation. Only four from the above paths to improve the economy can be effectively narrowed the income gap between urban and rural areas in Gansu Province, and can promote the healthy development of the economy in Gansu.
