The 21st century is the century talents. Those who have the human resources, will have absolute competitive advantage. Therefore, whether government agencies or business organizations, are more and more attention to follow-up of talent education -training.The traditional mode of training will make people usually think of time students. The majority of classroom lectures are very boring. Knowledge absorption is limited. Experiential training is different from the trainees participate on a voluntary basis first outdoor or indoor experiential training program, and then in the training division under the leadership of experienced to share their experience, so that they gain some knowledge and understanding, and knowledge and sentiment applies to daily life and work.. Experiential training is based on modern educational theory, the absorption of psychology, philosophy, management and organizational behavior study in related disciplines such as study results, for the modern job characteristics and the characteristics of modern organizations developed a new way of studying. It was introduced to China in 1995.It will be more and more enterprises to accept and identify with and included in training programs. Experience-based training has gradually become enterprises in human resource development and team-building an effective way.Compared with traditional training methods, experience-based training has many advantages. Prosperity of the domestic market, although the time being to cover up the crisis, but their development prospects worrisome.Therefore, this article on the origins of experiential training, development and the status quo analyzed. Research results at home and abroad, coupled with their own practical experience, from the theoretical development and practical application to proceed, the paper of experiential training in the practical application of business problems in investigation and research.
