By integrating information system planning and strategy, innovating management pattern, improving the enterprise strategic management ability, and achieving competitive superiority in future development, are of great strategic significance and practical guiding significance for both the information system planning of X electric power company and that of Chinese Electric power profession.Firstly, the paper uses the information system planning theory and practice experience at home and abroad for reference, follows the guidance of the strategy alignment of BP-ISP theory and BPR theory, and brings forward the new information system planning method which is based on the strategy alignment of BP-ISP and BPR.Secondly,the paper analyzes the information system of X electric power company by following the guidance of strategy alignment theory, finds out the problems of the current information system and the causes of the problems. At the same time,the paper analyzes the relations between the enterprise programming and the information system of X company, and points out that the current BP-ISP is on the unilateral order matching phase. Thirdly, the paper plans the strategy alignment intensive system by using the new information system planning method which is based on the strategy alignment of BP-ISP and BPR.
