Due to the limitations of our enterprises themselves, such as: Enterprises' senior managements haven't realize of the importance of technology innovation, lacking with technical innovation consciousness; Yet their technical innovation mechanism still haven't been built; Most enterprises are in small scale, with the difficult of technological innovation fund shortage, unable to raise the fund of technology innovation, lacking of technical innovation ability; High cost of enterprises to honors the agreement; Shortage of technology innovation talent, lacking of technology innovation potential. These problems determines the traditional technology innovation pattern already can not adapt to the needs of The Times today, cannot adapt to the need of enterprise technology innovation, need to convert the technological innovation mode to improve enterprise innovation ability. Under the demand of changing technology innovation mode, we introducing the thought of Virtual Management to form the Virtual Technology Innovation Mode.We believe that in fact many enterprises have the technology innovation consciousness, what they need most are technology innovation abilities. So This provides the space for the Virtual Management's development in enterprise technology innovation process. The virtual technology innovation can avoid most of the ingeniously restricting factors of traditional enterprise technology innovation, greatly enhancing the overall competitiveness. This research has important theoretical significance and practical guiding value for enterprises to enhance their technical innovation ability in the fierce market competition. Through the study on the hardware market of YongKang city and YiWu smalls fair market in Zhejiang province, we exert the Virtual Management ideas to the technological innovation of enterprises. Put forward the Virtual Technology Innovation Mode, systematically summarizes the theoretical basis and the implement approaching of the Virtual Technology Innovation Mode. We conduct the Game Analysis on the participate subjects' behavior of virtual technology innovation, and reach the conclusion that Technical Spillovers determines whether the enterprise will take the form of virtual technology innovation. This research can provide a way to improve the enterprise technology innovation ability, realizing great-leap-forward development of technological innovation, to provide the theory basis and the empirical support for China, which will add momentum to the development of the enterprise.
