The Study Of The Knowledge-sharing Mechanism In Tech SMEs Technological Alliance Based On The Game Theory

The progress of science and technology development, globalization, the demand for individual differentiation and so lead to changes in the shortening of product life cycle and intensified market competition. Enterprises confronted changing market demand, therefore need to improve technological innovation and constantly update their products to develop the market and lead the market demand. For tech SMEs, their limited technology research and development capabilities determine the disadvantage place in the fierce market competition. Changes in market conditions raised new issues for the Small and Medium. Technology Alliance is a new form of organization to help the tech SMEs to achieve the external technological innovation, enhance the enterprise's technological innovation capability, reducing the risk and sharing costs.However, recent researches and analysis find that the real success of technology alliances is not a lot, and the causes of failure are the poor co-efficient, low-efficiency. The main reason of this low-efficiency is the inefficient knowledge sharing within the union, lacking a scientific and effective knowledge-sharing mechanism in the union to protect the effective knowledge sharing. This article hopes to find the factors which influences knowledge sharing effectiveness, then help to build effective knowledge-sharing mechanism.This paper firstly introduces the topics of the background and significance of the research, points out the Alliance of Small Technology is necessary but also meaningful. Then it analyzes domestic and international research on the technology alliance and further introduces the main content, framework, research methods and possible innovation, etc.;The second part mainly consolidates, and summarizes the definition and the related concept of technology alliance, technology alliance formation and operation of the relevant principles, technology alliances and knowledge sharing related theoretical basis for subsequent research to provide the necessary theoretical groundwork;The third part, based on in previous studies and analysis, divided the Small and Medium Technology Alliance into symmetric and asymmetric. And respectively, it uses game theory model to analyze different Alliance's knowledge sharing behavior in small and medium sized enterprises, then obtains the main factors.The fourth part, based on the game theory, analyses the general factors of Small and Medium Technology Alliance, mainly from the main body of shared knowledge, shared receptors and the three aspects of the environment. This paper finally hopes to provide a theoretical basis for establishing knowledge-sharing mechanisms.PartⅤ, PartⅢand PartⅣin the analysis based on the norms of the author hopes to establish and regulate the Small Technology Alliance of knowledge-sharing mechanisms to protect and promote knowledge-sharing alliance smooth and Union run successfully.
