Along with developing of software industry, software project becomes larger and larger; it is becoming difficult to control risk. So some software projects were failed. Comparing to the normal projects, there are more uncertainty in software projects. And it is harder to anticipate and control in software projects. There are many risks in software project. Therefore, the risk management is a very essential part in software development process. And it is paid much attention by more and more project managers. How factor to analyze the risks and avoid the risks effect in software projects is one of the main lessons that proceeds software risk' manage. Purpose for influence degree for knowledge for having adequately comprehending with studying the software risk managing with technical ability, at the same time in the fulfillment talent of steadily backlog experience availably proceeding risk again sting with control, attaining the decrease risk with realizing benefits maximizing pursuing.Development present condition that this text is from the analysis the domestic and international software risk manage to commence, and classify software risks factors according to every stages of software life cycle, and contrast current software risk analyze the classic's models, and introduce software risks management process, and put great emphasis on to introduce the software risk qualitative and quantitative analysis in the text.The text combine the software risk qualitative and quantitative analysis methods' angle, and is based on the classic's models, and to build up an advanced software risks management model, and give some advices on how Chinese enterprises do manage software project management to keep risks with own experience.
