| With the further reforming, enterprise competition is becoming more intense. Asfor it, Enterprise need pay attention to asset operation and set up some indexes tomeasure it. The comprehensive performance evaluation is foundational for the oilenterprises'management. The Establishment of a comprehensive performanceevaluation system on asset operation has been a practical selection for the remaindercomponent in Oilfield to enhance economic benefit and market competitiveness.At first ,this paper summarizes the developing progress of the asset operation andthe benefit assessment and the research harvest at home and abroad.Secondly, thispaper analyses the current situation of asset operation and benefit assessment of theremainder component in Oilfield, and then shows the inevitability and feasibility ofsetting up the asset operation benefit assessing system. Thirdly,this paper construct theasset operation benefit assessing system and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evalutionmenthod to explain the system. At last the paper probes into ways and proposesmeasures to the application of a asset operation benefit assessing system for theremainder component in Oilfield, in order to perfect the system of assest managementin Oilfield,and to promote the level of assest management for the remaindercomponent in Oilfield, to strengthen the institution of introcontrol , to rationalize offloating of assest and to optimize the allocation of resources, finally, to enhance thewhole benefit of the essest operation for the remainder component in Oilfield .This paper is on the basis of analyzing the related theories of enterprises'performance asset operation and benefit assessment and uses synthetically suchresearch approaches as qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and put forwardmodels and concrete measures for the establishment and application of acomprehensive asset operation benefit assessing system for the remainder component in Shengli Oilfield. |
