Discussion On Deepening The Reform Of The Remainder Component In Shengli Oilfield

As the important energy, petroleum enjoys a vital position in our country's economy. Meanwhile, the sustain development of the petroleum enterprises, the components of the oil industry are the key guarantee for the stable development of oil industry. The Shengli oil field is a large state-owned enterprise subordinating to China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (Sinopec). In 2000, Sinopec carried on its internal reorganization. It peeled off engineering assistances and technical services, auxiliary production, logistical support, culture, education, and public health, diversified management and so on. On the other hand, it reorganized the partial of oil production and went on the stock market. The unmarked part is now called for remainder component. After the separation, the deepening reform to the remainder component became the key solution for the enterprises' sustainable develop ment.The theses will analysis the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat to the remainder component with the method of SWOT. Then, it will put forward some exploratory countermeasures in accordance with the component's deepening reform and sustainable development. Finally, it will give some suggestions of supporting measures to guarantee the reform smoothly.
