Research On Purchasing Management Of Drilling Enterprise Under The Supply Chain Management

In the new economy age, the competition between companies has transformed into competition between their supply chains. As the old state-owned enterprises, oil-drilling enterprises have made the transition from the planned economy, while they have not realized the importance of supply chain management to their survival and development and take actions promptly so as to adapt to new challenges and changes. Oil-drilling enterprises are in the upstream of the petroleum industry, so their manufacturing costs will have an direct influence on prices of oil and gas. Therefore, it is the key for oil-drilling enterprises to improve the competitive strength of supply chain to optimize their purchasing management under the supply chain management. It is important for them to cut down costs and improve their speed of response to market to apply this management thought into each segment of their operation.Based on the theory of purchasing management under the environment of supply chain management, this thesis makes study on the purchasing management segment of supply chain. In this thesis, we analyze and research the current situation, features and existing problems in the materials purchasing and put forward relevant improving program for oil-drilling enterprises under the supply chain management. We mainly make use of multiple grouping optimization decision model that includes FAHP and the vague multiple decision method to make quantitative prioritization of their relevant suppliers, provide comprehensive, scientific and easy-operating evaluation method for the selection of strategic partnership suppliers and reference for other similar enterprises on the aspect of purchasing management.This thesis is made up of six chapter. The first chapter introduces the significance of this subject and the current research situation home and abroad. The second summarizes the theory of supply chain, supply chain management and purchasing management, presents the development trend of purchasing management and probes into the purchasing management under the supply chain management. The third chapter elaborates on the status, features and existing problems in the purchasing management of oil-drilling enterprises. The fourth chapter puts forward the improving strategy for purchasing management of oil-drilling enterprises in our country under the supply chain management. The fifth chapter makes use of the multiple grouping optimization decision model that includes FAHP and the vague multiple decision method to make quantitative prioritization of their relevant suppliers and provide evaluation method for the selection of strategic partnership suppliers. The sixth chapter makes a conclusion of the whole thesis.
