Model Research Of Overseas Project Management For National Petroleum Geophysical Enterprises

Under the influence of the national policy of "Go abroad!", and with CNPC's international market development, BGP, a controlled geophysical company by CNPC has always been on the leading place for the international business. During its international development process, BGP pays much attention not only on the technical development, advanced techniques and equipment introduction, but also on its management. BGP has learned the advanced management methods to meet the international standard. BGP created the new management idea on the geophysical business, and took the lead of the Chinese geophysical enterprises on the international development.Through the analysis on the operation circumstances, competitive features, project operation model, and study and research on the typical cases happened during its project execution, utilizing the modern project management theory, the dissertation focuses on remodel the organization structures and procedures on its project management to make them more standardization. And I do hope, the other geophysical enterprises who have been involved and will be involved in the international business could benefit from this dissertation.
