In 21st century, along with the development of Information Technology, mobile telephone has been an important way of fetching information by more and more Persons. The mobile phone has brought huge Potential market and business opportunities to the media industry, but the mode of marketing and sales is not suitable for the development of mobile phone. How to make use of the advantage of mobile media and find the Appropriate mode of marketing, is the determinable factors for mobile media. The appearance and development of Mobile media is not only the request of customers, but also because of he huge Economic potential. For the mobile media operators, profit is the basic power for the development of mobile media. So, how to find the fast and effective mode of marketing and sales is the key factors for mobile media. This paper pays attention to the research of the mode of the marketing and sales for mobile media. First, through analysing the summary of the appearance and the features of mobile media, we know the difference between mobile media and the traditional media. In this paper, I analyse the operating mechanism of mobile media, include the industrial chain of mobile media, the mode of operating and marketing in mobile media, and the platform of supporting business. Then, I conclude the theory of Precision marketing. Through the analysis of the mode of marketing and sales of mobile media at this stage, and the outlook of the profit model of mobile media, we find that the precision marketing is not only the best way to the development of mobile media, but also the most suitable method to promote the profit model of mobile media. So the mobile phone media operators should create the precision marketing model in the mobile media business.
