Costs Control Research On The Project Developing Of Huizeshanzhuang Adminstration And Management

With the growing of the national economy, housing has become a consumption interest, a new investment and a new growing point of national economy, which also provides a good opportunity for real estate enterprises developing. Facing the fierce competition in the domestic real estate market, real estate enterprises have to strive to reduce their cost of project developing , which in order to maintain the survival and development of the enterprise and to win the costs advantage in competition. Then we talk about some theoretical knowledge on real estate project developing costs control and we take HuiZe Shanzhuang-one project of ShengFangHuaiBei for an example. We introduce the particular case of this project and the practical costs control at each stage of the whole lifecycle, get conclusions of costs control methods. We analyze these methods and optimize the costs control of this project so as to make it goes in correspondence with the costs control plan and we finally get an exalting achievement. Research on this project and the achievements based on the research can be used to other subsequent developing projects of ShengFangHuaiBei Company and other real estate enterprises' project costs control as well.At the end of the article, we briefly introduce the function of project costs control, indicate that project costs control is not only the guarantee of achieving project profit but also a main method to maximize project profit and even the guarantee of realizing the business objectives, maintaining the survival and development of an enterprise.
