Real Estate Development is a process closely related to funding and capital operation.In the real estate development process, the demand for capital is large and centralized.The success of corporate finance related to real estate project can proceed smoothly and even the survival and development of real estate enterprises.Real estate is one of pillar industries of China, it plays an important role to the healthy development of the national economy.An effective solution to the financing problem of the industry is an important condition of healthy development of the industry.The first chapter of foreword introduced the study background, research methods and organization structure of this paper. The second and the third chapter discussed essential financing theories and made a brief introduction, analysis of the financial situation of real estate enterprises in China. Financing theory in the second chapter is the theoretical basis for this article, the financing situation of the domestic real estate companies in the third chapter is the realistic premise of this article.The fourth chapter discussed the current major financing of real estate enterprises-- bank loan financing, issuing shares, issuing corporate bonds and real estate trust, and studied the use of various financing conditions, costs, risks. Chapterâ…¤discussed the representative domestic real estate enterprise business Greentown Group financing. Finally, in Chapterâ…¥, summarized and analyzed the problem of the financing real estate enterprises must pay attention to, and how to effectively carry out financing.
