| A gold mining enterprise which processes ore resources must have a lifecycle consistent with organism in his specific are because of the finiteness of ore resources without regeneration. This thesis analyzed how to plot out the different phases and respective phases' character, and preliminarily designed some developing strategies considering the characters in the different phases after analyzed circumstance of gold mining enterprise. Based on the study of disciplinarian of the developing strategy of gold mining enterprise , the thesis put forward some suggestions on safeguards to implement the strategy from the angles of enterprise and country. It is expected that the study of the problems will be beneficial to the future development of gold mining enterprise after choice its own strategy and owning tremendous profits. However, because of the limited conditions, the analysis is qualitative and preliminary. Further and deep level study of the problems concerned should be the direction of future efforts. |
