Appraisal On The Synthetical Benefits Of Energy Efficiency Buildings

The Energy Efficiency Buildings mean not only the energy conservation, but also it includes broad influence to economic, environmental, social etc. The improvement of energy using efficiency and the saving of routing energy is destined to reduce the cost of the buildings operation cost. the waste gas, solid waste and environment pollution is weakened for the reduction of the operation consumed energy; moreover, the health and productivity and absentee of the dweller will be obviously affected by the comfortable inside environment. In the period of the calculated life circle of the Efficiency Buildings should not be localized to the energy savings purpose only, it should be evaluated broadly relative to the whole interrelated fields by which the comprehensive economic benefits can be evaluated. In this thesis, the residential buildings which is most important type of Buildings is selected as the object. And aimed at the typical one in Xi'an which belongs to the Cold Zone, the Synthetical Benefits of the residential buildings is evaluated Synthetically. The content of the evaluation including:1 Simulating the buildings' operation energy consuming, the energy cost, the operation cost with the DeST-h simulation program, the energy conservation benefits was calculated as the base-line model (no-energy-efficiency buildings) is input.2 Discussing the Synthetical Benefits of the objects in the wholeCalculated Life Circle Period, compared to the no-energy-efficiency buildings as the base-line.3 Evaluating the Synthetical Benefits of the Energy Efficiency Buildings, in the aspect of the economics.Compared to no-energy-efficiency buildings from the first cost, equipment cost, operation energy consumed to energy cost, operation cost, environment comfortable benefits etc, factors, the Synthetical Benefits of the energy Efficiency Buildings is researched. The Synthetical Benefits in the whole proceed is distinct for the Energy Efficiency Buildings as the result showes, and the Incremental Investment can be callback in a reasonable period.DeST-h program which was provided by the Tsinghua University is used to Calculated the whole operation cost and benefits, which include energy consumed by buildings, equipment investment, operation cost and replacement cost. The result shows the total energy saving benefits of the energy saving one.
