Sichuan Province Development Strategic Value Of Natural Gas Distributed Energy Research

The background of this research paper is based on four aspects.Firstly,the Sichuan province power supply structure is unreasonable.Secondly,the characteristics of geographic structure and primary energy in Sichuan Province. Thirdly, natural gas distributed energy has been rapid development in foreign countries,the area of domestic economic reforms have also developed very fast.Fourthly,the government,society and enterprises cognitive dissonance on the development of natural gas distributed energy.Natural gas distributed energy is easy to implementation for CCHP, and with the advantage of lower_level environmental pollution, lower_investment, short_ construction cycle, and no_cost in transmission and distribution. The characteristics of conventional energy resources of Sichuan Province is “shortage of oil,lack of coal, rich in water and gas”. The energy construction of Sichuan Province determined the need of other power supply. Sichuan Province has a gifts of nature to develop natural gas distributed energy, because it is rich in natural gas. It is very important for Sichuan Province to make great effort to develop natural gas distributed energy, due to its create long term value and realistic significance.This article is based on the SWOT-PEST model of strategic management theory, through the analysis of the development of international’s and domestic’s natural gas distributed energy, to study the environmental development of natural gas distributed energy in Sichuan Province, analysis the social benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefits of developing natural gas distributed energy in Sichuan Province, to reveal the difficulties existing in current development of natural gas distributed energy. Based on this, puts forward the significance and value of Sichuan Province to develop natural gas distributed energy, and provide policy proposal for the development of natural gas distributed energy in Sichuan.This paper consider that the development of distributed energy of natural gas in Sichuan Province Should use SO-growth strategy, seizing the opportunity, exploiting the advantages to the full, accelerating development.This article provides targeted and operable policy proposal for the vigorous development of natural gas distributed energy in Sichuan. It also provides a valuable reference for the development of distributed energy. Along with the increasing recognition of natural gas distributed energy to the community, Sichuan Province is bound to vigorously develop in natural gas distributed energy.
