China's non-state enterprises, after 20 years' development, not only the number and size have been constantly expanded, and but also they play a more and more important role in the promotion of investment, exports expandability, GDP growth and employment increase. With the rapid development of non-state enterprises, there is a significant increase in employment. So it is of great importance to strengthen managerial staff's training issues in order to improve the quality of personnel in the society. Researching on non-state enterprises is conducive to the human resources development, to the enhancement of core competitiveness and also to the establishment of learning-based society.However, non-state enterprises managerial staff's training has obviously not yet deserved enough attention and the situation is not optimistic. Therefore, on the basis of managerial staff's training status quo in non-state enterprises, this paper analyzes the existing problems and tries to find the countermeasures to solve these problems.The research methods are the combination of literature review, survey and telephone survey. Through these methods, it goes deep into the current situation of managerial staff's training in the non-state enterprises, analyzes the existing problems, and thus brings forward several countermeasures. It reflects on the managerial staff's training issues in the aspect of enterprise culture-building and risk avoidance which provide useful reference to the managerial staff's training.Aiming at the current situation of using and facilitating of education fund unscientifically and inconveniently, it assumes the establishment of a social training system. And it hopes that through this study, it provides useful ideas to the managerial staff's training in non-state enterprises.
