With the development of science and globalization of economy, the competition among the enterprises is growing in intensity. In the past, the enterprises attached much more importance in the absorption, recommendation and employment of talent persons. Nowadays, the human resource training has become the advantages of competition for the enterprises. And its importance has been more and more greatly attached.Up to April of 2010, there have been over 70,000 Small Medium Enterprises (SME) which volume of output has occupied the half of GNP of Xiamen. The SME have played an important role in the development of Xiamen economy. Hence it is very significant to study the human resource training in SME in Xiamen. In the recent years, the SME in Xiamen have gradually realized the importance of staffs training which concerns their existence and development. However, with the universality of staffs training, the misadventure of training effect still exists among most of SME in Xiamen. Lots of financial resource, material resource and human power have been input by most companies to organize training, but very poor effect has been finally achieved and even they have produced the exactly the opposite results. The purpose of study in this thesis is right based on this current situation.The ways such as Method of Studying Document, Method of Questionnaire Survey and Method of Depth Interview have been used in this text to study with multi-angle. By means of analytical and mandrel documents related, modes of human resource training in SME in Xiamen should be built and questionnaire survey shall be carried out, Problems and critical effective factors should be found out by collecting the mandrel data gained from questionnaire survey, and correspondent suggestions shall be given to the investors of enterprises, trainers, diagnostic consultants of training, and the staffs shall be guided with proper ideas of training to achieve multi-win among all parties.There are some innovations regarding the research of achievement in this thesis. First of all, the Four-Party Theory Mode of human resource training in the SME is created. Three-Party Mode has once existed for a period of time, i.e. among the investors, the trainers and the staffs. In addition, the trial Four-Party Mode of human resource training in the SME has been firstly created, i.e. the party of consulting hatchers for training is added on base of above mentioned Three-Party. The consulting hatchers of training are the ones who find out the problems which may occur in the training of human resource in enterprises. The consulting hatchers may be either a consulting company who specializes in Enterprise Management or a university. Secondly, in this thesis, constructive proposals related the research of measures and problems which may exist in the human resource training in SME in Xiamen have been advanced. To some purpose, it is practical to the SME and training organizations in Xiamen and will enjoy directive significance.
