In order to acquire competing advantage, more and more enterprises focus on BRP. BRP strives to change the administration pattern that the large-scale industrialization taking dividing the work as basis produces, thorough changes present School assignment technological process, rebuilds organize organization, With a view to measure the success of the enterprise on the key factors, Such as cost, quality, service and efficiency was improved significantly. For insurance services providers, continuous optimization of business processes, support for centralized management, raise the level of insurance services have become a topic worthy of study. In this paper, based on the theory of BPR, take Ping An Life Insurance Company as an example, the systemic study to life insurance business process support. In order to innovate in China's insurance industry BPR theory, and explore suitable for China's life insurance industry in support of the characteristics of business process management. In the study, this paper has been taken by three methods: Document retrieval method, Investigation interviews method, Model analysis method. In this paper, application of these methods, on the basis of introducing the BPR theory to analysis the current main problems exist in the business process support of Ping An Life Insurance, use the basic ideas of BPR theory to discuss the practice of Ping An Life Insurance's back-up centralized management. The topic of this paper is Ping An Life Insurance Company centralized back-up Process Re-engineering's research and explore. Seeks to improve some formerly deficiencies of business processes, improve productivity and the company's core competence, so it enables companies to the healthy and steady development. After a systematic study of the knowledge of BPR, combination of related work experience, the writer have further understanding on how to better carry out business process reengineering activities. This paper use the problems existed in the process of Ping An Life Insurance Company implements back-focus to carry out research and analysis. Put the focus on how to improve the back-focus. In order to increase the enterprises' popularity,enhance customer satisfaction and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. See from the practice of Ping An Life Insurance Company's Process Re-engineering, carry out BPR is the necessary means to promote enterprise's core competition. Ping An Life Insurance Company of practice have also made significant achievements.
