Business Process Reengineering Of Nanchang Social Insurance

As a window of providing social services for the public, the business process of Social Insurance departments acts as an important role in the service. But there are many problems exiting in the present Nanchang Social Insurance business process, which seriously affect the serving level of Social Insurance departments. With the development of China’s Social Insurance, as well as government department transfer from a functional shift to service-oriented, Social Insurance departments are facing the growing demand for public services. In order to meet the public’s need, Social Insurance departments have to reengineer its business process.As an internationally popular management theory, Business Process Reengineering theory also has great significance in guiding the Social Insurance business process transformation. In this paper, Business Process Reengineering theory will guide the optimization of Nanchang Social Insurance business processes. It will meet the requirements of service-oriented government, complete the service transition of Social Insurance structure, and promote the level and sufficiency of service. Through literature research, normative research and other methods, and from the perspective of service transition, this paper will analyze the existing business processes problems of Nanchang Social Insurance based on the practice of Social Insurance departments. Drawing on domestic and international Business Process Reengineering theory, the demonstration of Business Process Reengineering basing on the practice is rational choice of deepening the reform of the Social Insurance business processes. We can redesign Nanchang Social Insurance business process reengineering feasibility solutions by using information technology, and analyze the effect of business process reengineering by taking the example of typical business processes fragment, and suggest for Nanchang Social Insurance business process reengineering.
