At present, on the one hand, with economic globalization and the developing of scientific and technological, business expansion is also accelerating the speed. The enterprise groups are developing and occupy more and more advantage in the domestic and international market, playing an important role in competition of international economic activity and social; On the other hand, the knowledge-based economy is arriving, knowledge resources is the most valuable and competitive resource in the organization. How to use the advanced network technology, how to integrate the internal and external knowledge resource in order to enable that the whole benefit effectiveness of organizational learning, using and creating knowledge is greater than the overall of the independent components, namely implementing the "1+1>2" synergy effect ,have become an important research topic. Knowledge synergy comes into being. Knowledge synergy is a new management thought based on the study of knowledge management and synergy. Knowledge synergy is another new research hot spot following the global study wave of knowledge management in the past more than ten years. Enterprise Group is a special form of organization. Its theoretical foundation is synergy theory. Because Enterprise Group contains a number of enterprises, the knowledge synergy within and between the various enterprises is particularly important. Therefore, the research of knowledge synergy in the Enterprise Group has great significance .This research aimed at improving the theoretical system on knowledge synergy and synergy in Enterprise Group.Knowledge synergy in the Enterprise Group is enterprises within the Enterprise groups company by integrating its internal and external knowledge resources, enable sharing, transferring knowledge in the enterprises as well as between them, finally make the effect of studying, using and creating knowledge in Enterprise Group is greater than the overall effect of the enterprise. Enterprise Group as "middle organization" between enterprise and market, is a special form of organization. So knowledge synergy within the Enterprise Group not only has the basic characteristics and principles of knowledge synergy, but also has its own special characteristics and principles.Knowledge Synergistic Effect in the Enterprise Group is the "1+1> 2" results generated by knowledge synergy in Enterprise Group. The influencing factors of knowledge synergistic effect in Enterprise Group can be divided into four aspects, namely, the factors of knowledge synergy actors, the factors of knowledge synergy object, the factors of knowledge synergy media, and the factors of knowledge synergy context. The factors of knowledge synergy actors include: wish of knowledge synergy, abundance of knowledge, capacity of knowledge sharing and transferring , capacity of knowledge absorbability, capacity of knowledge creating and capacity of conflict resolving; the factors of knowledge synergy object include: tacit nature of knowledge, embedded nature of knowledge; the factors of knowledge synergy media include: knowledge synergy network, knowledge synergy platform, knowledge synergy flow; the factors of knowledge synergy context include: knowledge distance, physical distance, relationship distance and cultural background.Implementing knowledge synergistic effect in the Enterprise Group can use seven mechanisms to achieve: knowledge sharing mechanism, knowledge transferring mechanism, knowledge substituting mechanism, knowledge complementing mechanism, knowledge learning mechanism, knowledge conflict-resolving mechanism, knowledge creating mechanism .This seven mechanism are interacting, operating harmoniously, which form the implementing mechanism of knowledge synergistic effect in the Enterprise Group . Knowledge sharing mechanism is the foundation and the necessary condition for the six other mechanisms operating normally. Knowledge transferring mechanism is the approach or channel to implement knowledge synergistic effect in the Enterprise Group. Knowledge substituting mechanism and knowledge complementing mechanism are the necessary ways to implement knowledge synergy in the Enterprise Group. Knowledge learning mechanism is the core and pivotal mechanism for the knowledge synergy in Enterprise Group. Knowledge conflict-resolving mechanism is the protection mechanism for knowledge synergy implementing successfully. Knowledge creating mechanism is the highest stage and the ultimate goal of knowledge synergy in the Enterprise Group. After the seven mechanisms operating harmoniously, the mechanisms produce the synergistic knowledge in Enterprise Group, and then send the synergistic knowledge to the next round of knowledge synergy. In this continuous cycle of process, knowledge synergistic effect comes into being.
