With economic development and technological progress,consumer demand is becoming more and more personalized and intelligent.In order to comply with the market development trend faster and better meet the market demand,service-oriented manufacturing enterprises launch innovative products that meet the needs of the market,and reach strategic cooperation with industrial chain members-form a knowledge alliance through industrial integration and collaborative innovation to carry out product,so as to better meet the needs of consumers.Knowledge hiding is one of the common obstacles to knowledge sharing in the work scene.At present,scholars have done a lot of research on the formation mechanism and action mechanism of knowledge hiding at the individual level.In the past two years,more and more scholars began to pay attention to the knowledge hiding behavior at the group level such as team and organization.Based on the research of knowledge hiding behavior among individuals,this paper attempts to explore the formation mechanism of knowledge hiding behavior among organizations,and analyze the manifestation,influencing factors and formation mechanism of knowledge hiding behavior in the collaborative process of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises.This paper expands the research perspective of knowledge hiding behavior and further improves the theoretical system of knowledge management.Firstly,through in-depth interviews,the forms of knowledge hiding behavior are reasonable hiding,evasion hiding and strategy hiding.Secondly,it is explored that the influencing factors of inter organizational knowledge hiding behavior have four dimensions,including 12 factors: the level of behavior subject includes enterprise rules and regulations,enterprise cultural atmosphere and enterprise cultural training;The level of behavior object includes knowledge importance,knowledge complexity,knowledge explicit and implicit;The behavioral level includes the richness of communication media,communication frequency and the transaction value of knowledge capital;The behavioral environment level includes collaborative enterprise trust relationship,collaborative enterprise dependence relationship and stable collaborative enterprise relationship.Finally,we discuss the formation mechanism of knowledge hiding behavior from the perspective of influencing factor dimension and product development stage.According to the development process of Desai Xiwei,its product portfolio strategy has experienced the transformation from in-depth development to the common development of depth and breadth.Due to the expansion of business and product portfolio,the standardization of enterprise collaboration structure is divided into two stages: from single-dimensional vertical collaboration to multi-dimensional vertical collaboration plus horizontal collaboration,and then carry out case studies vertically.The results show that in different stages of enterprise development,with different product portfolio strategies,the collaborative organization structure also changes,and the formation mechanism of knowledge hiding behavior is both the same and different.Generally speaking,the behavior subject and behavior object are the main reasons for the occurrence of knowledge hiding behavior.The behavior mode and situation of knowledge transfer also affect the occurrence of knowledge hiding behavior.The influencing factors of the four dimensions affect each other,which together lead to the emergence of knowledge hiding behavior.The research focuses on the collaborative perspective,expands the research on knowledge hiding issues at the organizational level,and is innovative.The conclusions are importance for the knowledge transfer between enterprise management organizations,help enterprises reasonably improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer,improve the communication efficiency of enterprise strategic alliance and the efficiency of collaborative work.
