Research On Evaluation Model For Tacit Knowledge Synergy Effect Based On Layered System

In recent years knowledge synergy,as a way to enhance the knowledge management efficiency,has been the focus in the field of knowledge management.In the era of knowledge economy,synergy is an important approach for organization to evolve.Tacit knowledge is an important intangible assets of organizations,to achieve tacit knowledge synergy is an effective manner to promoting knowledge innovation and gaining competitive advantage.Exploring the method of tacit knowledge synergy effect evaluation is very important for the practice and development of knowledge synergy.Because the research of tacit knowledge synergy is just starting and the evaluation method is abstract,the quantitative research of tacit knowledge synergy effect is very limited.Therefore,how to carry out effective synergy effect evaluation of tacit knowledge becomes one of the current research emphases.Synergy effect is generated in the process of tacit knowledge synergy,operation mechanism of this process can be analyzed with layered system and synergy network,and then the evaluation is performed based on this.Firstly,the layered system is established according to the core elements and relationships involved in a tacit knowledge synergy process,there are 3 layers in the system: layer of tacit knowledge subject,layer of tacit knowledge and layer of tacit knowledge application.The layers are connected with each other,which means the tacit knowledge subject owns the tacit knowledge,the tacit knowledge can produce the application result.The nodes and connections in the layered system constitute the tacit knowledge synergy network,which is divided into the main network and sub-network,the former describes the existent relation between the core elements,and the latter describes the local area of the main network which is generated to meet the needs for cooperation,it will be used to update and expand the main network.Secondly,the principle of tacit knowledge synergy is analyzed in the background of layered system,and then a process model is built from the perspective of knowledge flow,in this model there are 5 phases: tacit knowledge demand matching,tacit knowledge acquisition,sharing and appreciation,and how to achieve these activities in the synergy network is also discussed.Thirdly the evaluation indicators of tacit knowledge synergy effect are designed on the basis of knowledge flow activities,the positive and negative effects in the synergy process are both considered,and 5 evaluation functions are constructed,corresponding to the 5 indicators: 3 positive effect indicators that promote knowledge synergy(tacit knowledge transfer efficiency,absorption efficiency,value-added efficiency)and 2 negative effect indicators that hinder knowledge synergy(collaborative cost rate and knowledge illegal overflow rate).The comprehensive effect evaluation function is then generated accordingly.Finally,a synergistic process of tacit knowledge is simulated and the function value is calculated and analyzed,then the problems during this process can be found and some suggestions for improvement are given.
