Research On Quality Management And Improvement Strategy Of Production Process In Manufacturing Enterprises

Aircraft manufacturing industry becomes more and more numerically controlled. But the key problem that NC Machining Plants always pay close attention to is how to complete highly effective numerically controlled machining and improve product quality significantly.Based on a large number of documents collection and data investigation, this paper starts with the actual situation of NC Machining Plant of Hongdu Group, dissects the present situation of its quality management, finds some existing quality problems during product machining and analyzes the causes of these problems. Next, by using the advanced systems of quality management such as Total Quality Management and Six Sigma, the author has worked towards Countermeasures and methods that will solve the current problems. The integrated way has been strived for in order to improve quality management and product quality, reduce quality loss, augment market share and increase the strength of NC Machining Plant to beat the fierce competition.
