Study On Development Strategy Of ShangHai Pinnacle Global Logistics Co., Ltd.

With the rapid development of high tech and economy globalization, the concept of modern supply chain is spreading extensively and developing fast. The demand of supply chain service expanded quickly, and attracted more and more concern internally and internationally. Currently, the traditional internal forwarders already begin to develop and merge into modern supply chain, speed up the changing to modern supply chain service enterprise.This article studied the future development strategy of Shanghai Pinnacle Global Logistics Co., Ltd. analyzed the business environment of the internal forwarders and the competitive capability of top companies in this industry by using PEST and SWOT model. The strategy suggestions are proposed for the professionalization, internet service and core competition construction of the top companies, and help setting the long term developing goal of the companies: developing into an all-around supply chain giant from simply international forwarder, focusing on the integrated supply chain agent business, setting up to follow the leading enterprise in this industry.This article includes four parts: the first part analyzes the background and meaning of this thesis, describes the freight market situation of internal import/export; the second part analyzes the market surroundings and competition of top companies; the third part analyzes the operation strategy for top companies. The fourth part gives suggestion for the strategy choice of the top companies.
