Labor and capital, labor and management are the most important two kinds of production factors and actors in the market economy. Engels pointed out:"the relationship between capital and labor is the axis of all the modern society."Labor relations is the most basic, important social relationships of human society, which is a barometer of social harmony. The history of labor relations can be traced back to the Industrial Revolution, western theory school studied labor relations deeply in different fields such as the labor market, policy and practice of management, labor unions, collective bargaining and labor law, social problems of employees, conflicts and control.Putting forward the theory of a harmonious society bring the building of a harmonious labor relations on the agenda. As our country's market economy reform deepens, the private economy has an unprecedented opportunity for development. Private enterprises in Jiangxi Province develop rapidly in facets of the number , the speed and scale of development. Private economy has become the most important points of economic growth in Jiang xi. In the process of the private enterprises'rapid development, a large number of facts have proved that harmonious labor relations has a a wide range affects on the building of a harmonious society. First of all, for corporations, the conflict and cooperation between the two sides of labor relations has a direct impact on the harmony of corporations, and a far-reaching impact on sustainable development of enterprise performance. Second, labor relations are bound to affect economic life on the macro level, it has a direct impact on the national economic harmony. Finally, Harmonious labor relations or not is bound to show in all aspects of social life, it has a direct impact on the harmony of social life. It can be said that the establishment of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises, is the most basic part for building a harmonious society. For this reason, more and more attention. has been paid to researches on the degree of harmony in private enterprises'labor relations.Combined with the characteristics of economic development in the new era, this paper studies on labor relations of private enterprise,which is vigorously promoted by the country. It links up the theory of labor relations with practice of labor relations in private enterprise, and designs indicators, standards and methods for labor relations evaluation through the literature review, questionnaires and statistical analysis methodology. It applies the established evaluation indicators to assessing labor relations, and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in fuzzy math to make quantitative evaluation. On the basis of the quantitative evaluation, It analyzes and summarizes the labor relations problems of private enterprises in Jiangxi. It puts forward measures to build a harmonious labor relations in Jiangxi's private enterprises from the views of the government, enterprises, labor unions and workers.The established evaluation indicators system for labor relations of private enterprises in Jiangxi has enriched the regional evaluation of labor relations, so that the evaluation of labor relations is more specific and more targeted. It promotes the development of labor relations evaluation theory and raises the application levels. The research results may provide some inspiration and reference for the assessment of private enterprise labor relations and the practice of building a harmonious labor relations in Jiangxi Province.
