Comprehensive Evaluation Research On Labor Relationship Of Nantong Private Enterprises

Labor relations is the most important social relationships of morden human society, which is a base of social harmony.With the deepening of our country’s market economy reform, private enterprises’ have become the most important employer of the labor market instead of state-owned enterprises. It changed the structure of labor market and direct impact on the Labor relations. Because of the imperfect labor market and the structure of labor market changing, government and enterprises should evalue the labor relations and adjust the labor market in right time and right way.This paper studies on labor relations of private enterprise in Nantong. It designs indicators, standards and methods for labor relations evaluation by the aid of literature research, questionnaires and statistical analysis, on the base of the theory and practice of labor relations. And then, assesses the labor relations in Nantong private enterprises, quantifys the evaluation by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. On the basis of the evaluation, the labor relations problems of private enterprises in Nantong are analyzed and summarized. And forward measures are put to build a harmonious labor relations in Nantong’s private enterprises from the views of the government, enterprises and workers, and to offer supplementary decision information to government decision on labor market.In accordance with above research method, a index system including 3 first class index 7 second class index and 22 third class index was established. According the quantitative evaluation of private enterprises’ labor relationship, this paper offer an opinion that harmonious relationship needs the cooperation among the government, the enterprises and the labor. And the focal point of each part are put forward.The established evaluation indicators system for labor relations of private enterprises in Nantong enriched the regional evaluation of labor relations. The evaluation of labor relations is more targeted and more specific on economy, society, culture, polity, law and management style.
