In recent years, with the restructuring of state-owned enterprises and the rapiddevelopment of non-public enterprises, there is a major feature that abundant group eventspervade current conflicts in labor relations. Currently, in the field of labor relations,enterprises of various types of problems have been exposed serious more, and Foxconn jumpevents and “After90” leadership Honda strikes shocked the nation. The concentration ofmass incidents of labor dispute, cause everyone attention to the problems of market economy,especially the labor relationship management. A large amount of capital and technologyabroad swarm into China, coupled with the domestic cheap labor and government policysupport for various enterprises, Bigger and stronger various types of enterprises at the sametime, there is no good solution to the future of sustainable development issues, so that manyserious problems are gradually exposed. How to guide to standardize the sound managementof labor relations in enterprises, and how to build harmonious labor relations, it is imperativeto give harmonious labor relations evaluation criteria, a highly scientifically accurate andactionable set of evaluation index system of enterprise labor relations.In this paper, based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a set of scientificand practical evaluation system of labor relations is raised up with comprehensive evaluationmethod applied sciences. And this system will be applied to detect various types of enterpriselabor relations a city in Henan Province, exploring the focus of existence problem and thecorresponding recommendations. The application of research methods in this paper is tocombine specification analysis and normative analysis to solve harmonious labor relationsframework and criteria established problems.The Study of Labor Relations will provide realistic data based on management of labor relations,conduct a comprehensive physical examination on labor relations situation for enterprises.
