Research On The Strategy To The Exploration Of Human Resources In The Travel Agencies In Dongying

Today in the era of knowledge economy, human resources have become the most important strategic resources for economic and social development or the driving force to promote the developments of the industry or the region. This article attempts to provide references for the related government and Travel Agencies'management and decision-making through the research and analysis on the exploration of the status of human resources in the travel agencies in Dongying .This article is divided into five parts. The first part: part of preface.
