Since the Chairman Xi proposed "The Belt and Road" in Nazarbayev University in September 2013.It has been the focus of discussion in China and the international community.The proposal of "One Belt and One Road" has exerted a great influence on China's politics,economy,transportation,and culture.As a node city on "One Belt and One Road," Nanjing has also benefited greatly.Since the national implementation of the "twelfth five-year" plan,The tourism industry in Nanjing has a rapid development momentum,with the number of tourists increasing by 11.5%annually and tourism revenue increasing by 14.1%.Although the tourism industry has a rapid development momentum,the traditional business of travel agencies is shrinking under the dual influence of the tourists ' consumption behavior and the business model being online.And with the advancement of "The Belt and Road",Travel agencies have also undergone some changes in their outbound travel.Southeast Asia,South Asia and other Asian countries have become the preferred destinations for most Nanjing citizens.This article uses the literature analysis method to sort out "The Belt and Road",and then proceeds from three aspects of economy,transportation and policy,and uses the investigation method,interview method,and comparative analysis method to explore the role of "The Belt and Road" in the outbound tour of Nanjing travel agencies in Asia promotion of Nanjing travel agencies for outbound travel in Asia,and obtains the changing characteristics of the Nanjing Travel agency's Asian outbound tour under the background of "The Belt and Road".Finally,using my own experience gained in practical work,using experience summary method,I started with three aspects of the travel agency itself,employees,and the government system to analyze the problems existing in outbound tourism in Nanjing;and finally from the travel agency's own operations,the quality of travel agency services,the government system,and finally puts forward some opinions and suggestions from the management of the travel agency,the service quality of the travel agency and government policy,put forward relevant opinions and suggestions.First of all,from the travel agency's own business,travel agencies should promote the good faith management idea,constantly innovate products,enhance the core competitiveness,innovative marketing methods,broaden marketing channels.In terms of service quality of travel agencies,travel agencies should cultivate specialized talents and improve professional service quality of travel agencies.Finally,in terms of government policies,travel agencies should combine "The Belt and Road" to deepen government management.
