Along with the rapid development of tourism market, as well as the establishment and implement of the"Province Tourism Establishing"strategy in Henan Province, there has a strong demand of high quality human resources in travel agencies. But a large number of problems within Henan travel agencies have been one of crisis affecting its development. How to warn and avoid human resource crisis became the focus of research in Henan travel agencies. Therefore, it is significant to construct human resource crisis prewarning model in Henan travel agencies, which can help us correctly identify, evaluate, and prevent human resource crisis , and promot the implement of"Province Tourism Establishing"strategy.This paper first analyses the status of human resources in Henan travel agencies by data analysis and investigation, including basic status, physical status, staff mobility, demand status, salary status and existing problems. Then divides the human resource crisis in Henan travel agencies into five aspects according to the analysis of that status, recruitment configuration crisis, training and development crisis, wastage crisis, incentive mechanism crisis, together with moral and health crisis. Also, this paper defines the meaning of all five crises, points out various forms and causes of the crises, and then the necessity of building human resource crisis prewarning model in Henan travel agencies,establishes forewarning index system combined with the practice of constructing crisis prewarning model in China, constructs the human resource crisis prewarning model in Henan travel agencies at the same time based on the BP neural network. After the training and testing of the BP neural network, takes the C travel agence in Henan as an example for the empirical research, and finally puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to the travel agency human resource crisis in Henan. |
